NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY
Many buyers are focusing on the home prices before getting into the market. They could miss a great opportunity to acquire the best properties by waiting for the exact bottom. I have seen some good real estate drop 20-30% to 2002 or 2003 prices. There just is not much room left. The best ones are being picked up my savvy investors.
