Lender Ranking
A recent J.D. Power study says that 75 percent of mainstream borrowers with good credit applying for moderately sized loans were more satisfied when they worked directly with the lender rather than through a broker. And customers who supply required documentation upon application have a smoother loan process.

Florida's Positive Demographic and Economic Trends
In 2008 more than 300,000 people will move to Florida, generating a demand for 150,000 for-sale or rental properties. The states economy is likely to add 175,000 new jobs, a 2.1% increase---nearly double the 1.2% projected for the United States as a whole.
Cape Coral/Ft Myers ranks 6th in Florida metropolitan areas for growth. This area will be one of the few to experience positive housing starts.
